Nancy Kwan

Sadly, as of yet I have never seen a movie that stars Nancy Kwan. But I could tell from the time that she was announced to be a guest at the Hollywood Show taking place on February 12, 2011, that she was kind of a big deal. More importantly to her actual film roles in the likes of films such as The World of Suzie Wong, Flower Drum Song, Disney’s Lt. It’s not everyday that you find someone who appeared in both the original Star Wars and one of the Superman films. But I find your lack of faith that I could do it disturbing. Richard LeParmentier would be one such gentleman who fits the bill – and I was able to meet him at the Hollywood Show on February 11, 2012. If Abby Dalton couldn’t remember it, then what hope is there for the rest of us? After all, I had never actually seen an episode of The Joey Bishop Show, a relatively popular sitcom from the early 1960’s. It’s one that’s always been on my radar to see, but the only thing I knew about it was that it was the only sitcom to regress from color back to black and white when it switched networks, and that Abby Dalton was in it. When I met her at the Hollywood Show on October 8, 2011, I was counting on her to remember her character’s name.
