"Okay, we'll play football." - Chris Tangeman

It had been quite a while since I had watched Twin Peaks, the bizarre, surreal, horrifying, backwoods, serial drama created by David Lynch. But my girlfriend Erin, who was a fan of the series, pointed it that it was a must that I meet, greet, and get an autograph of Kimmy Robertson, who played the quirky, squeaky Lucy Moran on the series, when I saw her at the Hollywood Show on Saturday, April 24, 2010.

I didn’t bother to look up anything about Ms. Robertson before our meeting; I just did what I was told. Naturally, once I saw her up close and in-person, I recognized her immediately. She has a face – and a voice – that you would not soon forget. Not only had she been in Twin Peaks, but she had had a major role in The Last American Virgin, and had appeared in guest roles in such TV series as Married…With Children, ER, Ellen, and Becker. And on the Disney front, she had starred in Honey, I Shrunk the Kidsand provided the voice for Babette the featherduster in Beauty and the Beast. Yes, that’s right…Kimmy was the featherduster.

And I might add that I found her quite nice and attractive. She was perfectly willing to pose for the cute picture below free of charge. I honestly have to say that of all of the featherdusters I have met, Kimmy Robertson is my very favorite.
