Moab and Arches National Park

Bob and I pressed on with our journey to explore the beauty of America – specifically Utah – on the afternoon of Sunday, March 27, 2011. We had departed Escalante and our visit with Mildred Kornman at around 3:20pm, and about fifteen minutes later, we were already locating attractive and interesting sites to behold. This self-described “View from the Head of the Rocks” gave us a look over the Escalante River basin and the Aquarius Plateau all the way to Navajo Mountain on the Utah-Arizona border. I had bypassed meeting Theresa Russell when she had made appearances at autographs shows that I had attended in the past, but this time I noted that her first major film appearance had been in one of the films of my favorite actor Robert De Niro, The Last Tycoon, so I decided to check out what she was offering up for sale. I’m glad that I did – as it ended up being one of the most rewarding of my celebrity encounters at the Chiller Theatre show in Parsippany, New Jersey, on Saturday, October 30, 2010.
