I’m More of a Cindy Morgan Guy

Oddly enough, I had bypassed getting an autograph of Cindy Morgan in the past, and had only put her on my ‘maybe’ list when Denise and I met up with at the Chicago Hollywood Celebrities and Memorabilia show on Saturday, September 25, 2010. In the past, I had known only that she was in Caddyshack, but before I went to the show this time, I made sure that I checked out her and her character Lacey Underall in the film. In the end, I walked away with a great picture with the sexy Cindy Morgan, two signed photos, and a real admiration for her. Read the rest of this entry »
Ashleigh and I pressed on at the Magic Kingdom as we creeped into the afternoon hours of Friday, September 17, 2010. She and I had done some bouncing around from place to place that morning, taking full advantage of the early, uncrowded hours – while also satiating the hunger of her pregnant little belly. But by noon, we were ready to proceed pretty much our normal route, finishing up in Adventureland and moving back into Frontierland. We started out at the Country Bear Jamboree, whose next performance was beginning just as we walked up to its front doors. 
There have been many years in the past that I have gone to Walt Disney World in back-to-back years. And there have even been several during which I visited both Disneyland and Disney World in the same year. But on Friday, September 17, 2010, this became the first year that I visited both Disneyland and Walt Disney World twice in the same year. Regardless of the impressive record-breaking, I just went there again to have fun. Of course, this was the part of our road trip that Ashleigh was looking forward to most of all. 
The time that we had gained the day before by visiting the Jimmy Carter Library quickly disintegrated into late morning slumber on Thursday, September 16, 2010. The plans were going to be to hit the Carter Library early and then catch a tour of the Georgia State Capitol at 11am, but even without the library, we didn’t make it to the capitol building until 11:20am, missing the guided tour. This ended up being perfectly fine though, as we had virtually all access to roam my fourth and final State Capitol of the year.
