On Monday night, December 18 - not long before the Bengals were demolished by the Indianapolis Colts – Ashleigh, Briana, and I put the finishing touches on our annual “ABC Crew” Christmas newsletter. We found ourselves printing, signing, folding, stapling, stuffing, addressing, and stamping – just one night after snapping the great main cover photo. Briana personally signed the cards for the first time and despite her groggy signature, it was an honor to have her included. This one came out quite nice – very colorful – and somehow managed to make our lives seem very exciting through the use of fun action photos. It was a little difficult for me to create the newsletter without Carolyn, but I think I pulled it off, giving it a tone of optimism without entirely skirting the issue of our separation.
This year I based my mailing list almost solely on the return address labels of the Christmas cards I received. But for those that did not send us a card, you can still view the newsletter right here:
