nl13.jpgThe ABC crew (currently consisting of Ashleigh, Brad, Baby, Briana, and Clementine) is proud to present our sixth annual family Christmas Newsletter. This edition was completed on Thursday, December 18, 2008 after exactly five days of tumultuous work, the least of which wasn’t trying to convince Ashleigh and especially Briana to get their parts completed. Forty-four printed copies were hand signed and distributed as our Christmas cards and now it is reprinted here for all to ignore. More boring technical notes follow at the bottom of the page.

Like the previous year, I had an exceptionally difficult time in trimming my parts down to a manageable level. Some of my road trip adventures were barely touched upon - much to my chagrin. However as I pointed out three times within the text, all of it is amply covered on this very website for those who just can’t get enough of reading intimate details of every move I make.

It is sad to imagine that this could be the last offering of the ABC crew, though I will most likely continue as a solo when that time comes. But one never knows if the same pattern will repeat itself again next year where Ashleigh and Briana state that they want to contribute, then I have to beg, plead, yell, threaten, and scream for them to actually get their parts done. In the end, my girls never let me down and there is no one on the planet who I love more than them. Well Adam’s right up there too. Hey, I have another A waiting in the wings! Okay Ashleigh, you are excused…as soon as Adam learns to write.

A very Merry Christmas to you and your families. May 2009 bring you untold blessings, happiness, and adventure!

P.S. By the way, I am well aware of the glowing error on two of the photo captions on Ashleigh’s page. I considered reprinting the page for about two seconds and then decided that it would remain a conversation piece. I bear all responsibility.

2008 will continue with Christmas

  6. You have outdone yourself with this newsletter. It must have taken you a great deal of time to create it. I hope you are able to outperform 2008, next year. The best of luck in that endeavor and have a wonderful Christmas and New Year Holiday.
